ReceptionMonk is hiring an ambitious, energetic, and highly communicative Business Development & Operations Associate for its Jabalpur pilot program. This founding team role combines field business development, market research, customer onboarding, feedback collection, and operations support for an AI-powered virtual receptionist platform.
Job Description
As an early team member for ReceptionMonk, you will help identify which industries benefit most from the AI receptionist platform, refine the sales pitch, onboard pilot customers, gather market feedback, and help build the foundation of future sales operations in Jabalpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses across Jabalpur and introduce ReceptionMonk.
- Identify decision makers and pitch the AI-powered virtual receptionist solution.
- Demonstrate product features, customer experience benefits, lead capture workflows, and appointment booking use cases.
- Convert interested businesses into pilot customers.
- Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify industries with the highest interest, strongest conversion rates, and most urgent receptionist or call-handling problems.
- Document objections, feedback, buying behavior, and practical market signals from daily field visits.
- Help refine sales messaging, positioning, and outreach workflows based on real customer conversations.
- Assist customers during onboarding and ensure successful setup and adoption.
- Gather customer feedback and report improvement opportunities to the founding team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, pilot conversions, and field activity.
- Submit regular reports on field findings and help improve repeatable sales and operations processes.
Experience & Education
Recent graduates, MBA students, and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Prior sales, customer-facing, field marketing, or operations experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Comfortable speaking professionally with business owners, managers, and decision makers.
